Official Date when Danziger turned to Assmann/Deschler?

Thank you very much for taking on this question:

I have learned that the ss skull was supposed to have been changed from the old model to the new one on october 6, 1934.

It is presumably an order that was printed in the "Mitteilungsblatt der RZM" or in the "SS-befehlsblatt".

Does anyone have more precise information about this or another date?
