Image of interest is SS-Gruppenfuhrer Generalleutnant der Waffen-SS Fritz von Scholz wearing a high end M-43 that is an NCO/EM type M-43 that is not officer silver piped. At the center is Himmler's bodyguard, SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer Josef Kiermaier.

Stonemint, if this does not belong here or you want to use this in the W-SS soft cap sticky, be my guest.

Possibly. Since he is standing closer to the camera the Adler seems to be the same size as the metal Alder seen on Kiermaiers visor. However, the harkenkreuz really stands out on the M43 Adler insignia so with that it is possibly a bullion SS sleeve Adler.

I found the image as I am searching for use of SS bullion Adler with bullion Totenkopf insignia on M43's. If anyone has images of this combination, please post them.

Thank you Robin! Wonderful resource image of rarely seen cap SS bullion insignia! Would be great to see the SS Adler on the side of the M43.

Also, if anyone has images of billed visors, soft or rigid bill with SS bullion Adler/Totenkopf in wear or even on display (original only please!!) please post images. Thank you in advance!

A question on the bullion Totenkopf. Since the 2 version Oberbayern cuff title used a bullion Totenkopf, have any been seen cut and used as cap insignia? Since this version is smaller than the collar tab am wondering if this was done on M34 caps.
