Can I have some opinioms on this rauten, or sleeve diamond? Who would have worn this, and any opinions or history on the piece? Thanks.

That is a fantasy piece and not of the epoch.

As said above, a fantasy piece.

The design is based on the collar patch of the 20. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS (estnische Nr. 1), but there was no such sleeve diamond.
