Sleeve eagle

Hello collectors,
I will like to have some opinions.
I'm looking for an sleeve eagle in remove condition.
I found 2 that I like and for a " decent " price.
Not being an expert on the subject, I helped myself with threads that I found on the forum.
but in any case I would like to know what do you think.

Eagle number 1.
Clearly in remove condition, with glue marks on the back, it was probably glued into an album.
my doubt about this is the head/beak area, which seems different to me from the examples seen on the reference thread.

Eagle number 2.
IMO in good condition and similar to various examples seen on the reference thread.
I'm not sure about the remove condition.

And one last question, is it possible to assign an approximate manufacturing date?
I mean, mid, late war etc.

#1 has a great worn look to it. Both are great originals. I would think midwar (43ish) is a fair estimate.
