SS badge, fantasy item?

Article about: Hi guys, I have found this on some local ads and it is described as very rare SS badge and of course price is very high, as you can expect it will be for some scarce SS item. Problem here is

    Hi guys, I have found this on some local ads and it is described as very rare SS badge and of course price is very high, as you can expect it will be for some scarce SS item. Problem here is obviously the fact that this is probably some made up fantasy piece, if I am not wrong about that, because I have never seen anything similar. Did you see something like this so far and what are your thoughts about this badge or whatever it is?
