SS cufftitle flatwire A.H. in bad condition.

Hello colleagues.
Today I am showing a cufftitle that is in bad condition. It seems that it was glued somewhere. This cufftitle is all stained with glue, which is also visible on the obverse. The owner somehow managed to clean the inscription area. The inscription and the fabric around it appear clean and in good condition. However, I think the cuff is correct.
