Thanks, Bob. I knew the man who made these, in fact. I ended up with some of his original NS books from his library in the 1990s.

The experts have spoken and for what little my experience is worth. I agree 100%.

I have the same pattern but in an armband that my Dad purchased for me when I was a very young boy. Little did we know back then....

Of course, those armbands are complete fantasy items. At least, SS FM pennants as such existed (but not in printed form).
