The collar tab looks good to me, I'm not very experienced in them but I like the quality of it. The sleeve eagle is odd but I think its real, was the image somehow flipped? I flipped the image and compared it with other similar authentic examples. It looks real to me but I cant comment of it being an authentic cut off.
