For that matter, who would have believed that officers caps could be made of Silk, if the period photos didn't show them in wear?

I remember the fantastic silk visor shown here on the forum. Astounding!
One of my favourite visors here.
The Generals surely did love their Alter Art caps..
Does ErichK still have that fantastic silk crusher? I bet he is still as chuffed as when he first got it.
I notice, that Richard has been made 'Memoriam Member' - I thought that quite a nice gesture on behalf of his friends here.
You'll just have to forgive me for what I'm about to do next because, and I'm sorry but we just don't have the traffic or input that I'm looking for here, so over to the dark web side I have to go.
Ben....I know that myself, at least, always read your posts. Hell, I'm still waiting for the update on the Robin Redbreast war....

That's an easy one. Robin Redbreasts retreated back to the maginot Line (#72 Devonshire Road) in late August. I thought they were going to give up the bridgehead but they left a rearguard of mosquitoes to keep air superiority. They've now began probing attacks once again and I fully expect an offensive in force around about the end of March.
