For me looks like a kleiderkasse, the insignas are good (HICK for the eagle and OVERHOFF for the TK)
But I let you judge for the cap itselfe

Imo one shows the sloopy stitching and the other shows the old stitching before it was transplanted.
It is well done but I would pass on this. I hope you are not the owner.
