I've actually posted this diamond pre-purchase. My question is, when out under black light, the lying teens to give a spotty glow here and there. This isn't the first time I've seen this as, my understanding, oxidation, if not stored properly, with moisture, etc, can cause this? Is that correct? Also, I know cleaning post WW2, can do this as well, but I would think it would show up on now then just piping? Any thoughts please, so I know to go for a refund or not, before too much time passes, thanks in advance as always.
