Not good
The badges are definitely fake, specifically from this pair type.
I do not think the cap is good, but wait for another more qualified opinion in caps.

I do not collect these but from what I studied and read from the pinned threads above yours ...I can see this cap is no good.
There is opportunity above ...so these painful lessons ....are lessened and knowledge and wisdom gained for future purchases.
No doubt mistakes will still be made here and there ...but you will leave with more than you came in with.
