As promised before to show some of the items, this one a nice example of a Totenkopf 3.Sta, I Stu, 4 Hundertschaft overcoat, rare to find with originally attached insignia, most seen is stuff service tunics if period, but most is probably postwar assigned insignia. The overcoat has not a RF /RZM tag, also the owner's tag and shoulderstrap is missed. Better pictures can be made in the daylight, due the strange behaviour of the flash

Thank you for the interesting material. Here is a recent find of mine. The belt in the rear of this piece is not in the SS cut (which is actually an army cut of the era prior to 1918) but the Wehrmacht cut.
Yours is of the quality of an officer's coat, tailor made, versus this piece of mine, which is the standard enlisted type, of lesser quality. Bob Coleman recently sold an officer's over coat, and Whamond had one, too. Further, I own two Allgem. SS overcoats, one of which is from Cologne, the other of which is from Kiel or Luebeck.
I also own an SSTV Montur from Oberbayern, the provenance of which is know to Hirtz, Coleman, and Delich, which has the SSTV Totenschaedel with the Hundertschaft numeral.
Do you have a order where the S tab is being worn with the speciality cufftitle only ? Normally the cufftitles with districts numbers after the shortened San.Abt xxxxx (or Abshnitt name- Ost, Elbe etc)was used as other specialists with blanc tab and aesculap patch, or it was used for a very short period 1935- 37 year?
Also I can't find information about the wear of cufftitles with early numbered Politishe Bereitschaft tabs

This uniform is for the Sanitaets Abteilung of the SS Verfuegungstruppe as distinct from the medical detachments in the Allgemeine SS. This organization was created in 1936. The cuff title in a different form is in Mollo and has been for four decades. The Sanitaetsabteilung of the SSVT was the medical organization for the recruitment and medical care in the SSVT, with locales in Berlin and, apparently, at Dachau. The image from UM shows this very kind of cuff title being made, also, by the way, in the same year this uniform was issued.
And, of course, the SSVT was a separate organization within the SS from the Allgem. SS as of mid 1934. You will have to ask others about the insignia in the Pol. Bereitschaften, such people as Mr. d'Alquen. That is his world.
Mine has a standart ss belt, Normally the coat is something mixed between the tailor made officers samples and vorshriftmassige samples. The material is rough as nco's overcoats, the cut and works also looks like contract item, I have two ways concerning this item:
1st is that is a early coat, but second is that may the coat way built for higher ranking nco
i have a RZM Mantel, and the quality is absolutely the same

Dimas,
Each standarte wore sleevebands with coloured borders indicating their sturmbann and sturm numbers. I sturmbann, green stripes and numbers 1-4, II sturmbann dark blue borders and numbers 5-5 and III sturmbann red borders and numbers 9-12.
Bandsmen wore a blank title with possibly a light blue border.
Himmler was very keen that despite the military function of the units they retain a political structure.
I have the order somewhere and I will post it for you.
d'Alquen.
