A horrible fake.

For one thing, they didn’t even trim the photocopied rzm tag, note the shadowed border.
The border of the collar tab looks like yarn and not gilt thread or gilt wire or other high end material which one would expect on elite forces insignia.. Just look at the fraying on the backside..

The materials used for the "wool", and the piping, are not correct.
The skull does not match any originals that I have seen. There is a pretty good selection of originals posted in this thread, have a look.
