Two SS Zivilabzeichen need help bad

I came accross these two SS Zivilabzeichen on offer but cannot decide if they are good or not, this is a tough field. One is early and a later one. The earlier one has got my suspicions but overall not sure. Are they cast? Sorry about the pic size, only one available.

The single pic is not enough to determine originality IMHO. My apologies, there may be people that are able to determine from a single pic.
