Kornblumenblaue Schildmütze mit ovalen Deckel. Innen graues ledernes Schweißband und Herstellerstempel "Eduard Kirchberg, Mützen-Fabrikationen". Eine Kokarde fehlt. Die Mütze ist wahrscheinlich für ein Veteranentreffen Anfang der 30er Jahre angefertigt wurden. 1933

I think they may actually be Romanion or Bulgarian ; the tunics are definitely not German.

Being sold as LHR2 officer. Looks to be Weimar. At best a Verein, at worst an SS knock-off:
