Article about: hello, i have a question about this cap with was in a set with two uniforms. Maybe someone recognizes it or is it a military pattern? Thanks!

    The tunics are Imperial Era...The cap appears to be a WWII-Style M43 cap...

    The cap looks civilian to me. The M43 was based on a civilian style alpine/hunting cap still seen in Germany and Austria today, including the (what look like) horn buttons and the jaeger green color. The black trimmed tunic is likely dragoons - would be interesting to see the shoulder boards.

    thank you gentlemen for the answer. I rather opt for the option of a civilian cap or some version of berg mutze from the first war because it was finally found in one place with these tunics.
