From what I can see of the sweatband, is that it looks like cardboard or something. Looks to be added much later and those exposed staples would do some damage to the head! LoL

I will defer to others as I am not an expert on all of the many many different variations of Imperial visors.
Hopefully others will be along.
But I have tried to identify the unit and failed as I could not find a match (see link below). Also, I am not sure what Kingdom/Duchy/Principality this lower Kokarde is for.
