Obermusikmeister Harsing
that is Obermusikmeister Karl Friedrich Harsing, born 4 July 1849. Stabstrompeter of HR 17 since 21 February 1874. Awarded the title of a Militär-Musik-Dirigent on 14 December 1889. Following the cabinet order of 10 December 1908, he carried the title of Obermusikmeister. Although still the Obermusikmeister of HR 17 in 1909, he had retired before 1913.most likely a postwar portrait:
