IR92 cap in the german bay

I think a new threat is better for this question.
I would like to hear your oppinion on that cap:

I think the skull is to close to both cocardes. What is your oppinion on that one?

I agree, TK was added long after the war. There should be plenty of room for the skull between the TKs.
