"Magnificent Braunschweig 92nd Officer's Pickelhaube. The helmet is an approximate size 56 and is in amazing condition, it would be nearly impossible to upgrade. It is completely untouched and uncleaned, with a beautiful patina. The eagle front plate retains 98% of it's original gilded frosting with polished high spot accents. The Death's head is frosted with silver finish and is in the same wonderful state of preservation as the eagle, retaining the black velvet behind the eye sockets. There are no extra holes and all components are original to the helmet. It is complete with it's parade hair bush, which is made of buffalo hair. A very rare helmet which is in astounding condition, and would be the focal point of any Pickelhauben collection. The overall condition is excellent."
