Some parts are written in German scrip font, so hard to read, but i assume ist leaving document of Landwehr, after closing service in 1885, the man was Unterkanonier Paul Kuttler born in 1853,Vienna, service most real by K.K.Landwehr Feld Artillerie Regiment nr.11?.
Yup, basically an honourable discharge.
