Yes both are AO cap badges. First is red cross , second is 7. Armee.

AO cap badge have almost every soldier. On the web you can see a lot of fotos with AO soldiers with cap badges.
If i,m correct the red cross badge is in aluminim and 7 army in zinc.
An army is quite a big unit....there was also ...divisions, regiments..ecc But yes...one soldier decide that on his cap will be a badge of 7 army..and he have buy it.
