Conflicting info -- Bataillon garrisons for IR66
In researching my grandfather's service with this regiment, I seem to be continually finding conflicting references to the locations of its four battalions.
If I reference the Truppen Standorte maps of 1898, it suggests:
IR 66 regimental staff along with I. and III. Battalions are in Kashau/Kosice
II. Battalion is in Ungvar (Uhzhorod)
IV. Battalion in Gorazde
If I reference this site -- Liste der k.u.k. Kampftruppen im Juli 1914 | AustriaWiki im Austria-Forum
IR 66 regimental staff, III. and IV. Bataillons are in Ungvar
I. Battalion is in Kashau/Kosice
II. Battalion in Gorazde
II./IR66 was deployed on the Isonzo Front for several years. I'm trying to determine if the battalion on Isonzo was the Gorazde-based battalion?
Here is the approximate deployment during 1914-1918. As shown, there are only two times when all four of the battalions are together -- 1 May 1915 (presumably II. has begun deployment to Isonzo) and 4 Jun 1916.

15 Jun 18 29 IBrig-(3): II/IR 66 by now III/IR 65

The restructuring of KuK Regiments from four battalions to three battalions began in 1917 and wasn't complete until spring, 1918. During this time, II./IR66 was spun off and became III./IR65. So, again my question is whether II. Battalion was the Gorazde-based unit or was a Ungvar/Kosice-based battalion at Isonzo?

You should look to schematismus around 1913/14, the war time experience should be looked per higher units.
