Army officers dagger

Hello all , I bought this dagger years ago and never really gave any thought that it might be a fake. After doing some research here and around the web a little bit, I think it’s real but would appreciate your knowledge and opinion,

No problems here. It's a original Höller army dagger with a type 3 crossguard. By the way, no need to disassemble a dagger to determin if it is original.

Thanks Danny I appreciate the heads up. I saw on a site somewhere that the tang could be a tell for a knife or dagger to be real or not and thought it may make it easier to confirm either way I’m happy to have some reassurance that it’s real thank you again
