Re: Eickhorn army dagger with ivory grip
Danny you spoil us again...,,,and whats great about this particular grip I dont see those minute little cracks in the grip associated with Ivory grips. I can not say anymore as your photos speak the best. Regards Larry

Re: Eickhorn army dagger with ivory grip
Another little gem Danny, quite unusual to see one without the age cracks due to modern heating and poor environment, you do spoil us and I must admit that little green eyed monster is rearing its ugly head AGAIN !!!!!

Re: Eickhorn army dagger with ivory grip
Another very nice example from your collection Danny!
It is near impossible to have a piece of older ivory that does not exhibit some age cracks, I do see some in the handle of this lovely dagger though.
Thanks for showing.

Re: Eickhorn army dagger with ivory grip
Another beauty of a dagger, Ivory handle is on my list but wayyyyy down the road, I read that a crack in the ivory is very common and very accepted by collectors. can you start posting some saltier items so I can feel better about my collection? Lol
