Its Post war Petruz ...the use of Berlin is a marketing technique that Identifies a city in Germany which unknowing new collectors will fall prey to it ..the same as those who think everything with a swastika on it is authentic as well.
There are an unumbered amount of threads on Holler Heer daggers within this sub forum. I would encourage you as well to read through some of the threads on Heer daggers.
use the internal search engine in the upper right hand corner and type in " Holler Heer dagger " there are pages on this very producer.

As stated above its a copy made in 70ths in Spain and the real reason why they used Berlin is the fact that they were sued by the Solinger Producers for unauthorised use of their city name as all knew good blades came from Solingen.
So they picked a well known German city that was not known for producing blades.
