Original Heer dagger?

Hi, I'm looking for opinions on the authenticity of this dagger. The eagle doesn't match the maker, could it be a Frankenstein dagger?

The dagger is a repro. The most obvious sign is the maker mark, it says F.W Höller, Berlin when in reality Höller was located in Solingen. A typical thing seen on repros.

Spanish made repro as said above.
Repro producers swithed to Berlin in the logo to avoid copyrights, as Berlin was no a residence of these producers they could not be accused of using logos that were protected by law.
