A Quick Question

I joined the forum earlier today as I have four German daggers, two Heer and two SA, about which, I know very little. My question is, is there a data base or other source of information wherein I can find the name of the person who owned this Heer dagger with the initials RR engraved on the guard?

Unless you have some sort of chain of custody, it is very unlikely.
Nice handle, my favorite color of handle, and it appears to be in lovely condition!

There are Officers rank lists, but because off the new regulations regarding personal data protection almost none exact on the net anymore.
They can be bought on militaria shows and on ebay sometimes.
What you have here is not enough to track one down, as there will be a lot of officers bearing these R R initials.
