You always need good quality images.
These are poor quality photos. A lot of things cannot be told. From a distance it seems good.
The cross guard is a "genieric A" type. Used mostly smaller companies from 1936. No manufacturer's mark on it?
No manufacturer marks on this....

The dagger appears to be correct having Generic fittings as Alex stated for a late period type. Yet these Heer daggers are a minefield and would best wait for more comments from either Danny or Gerrit.

The dagger is original but it has little to no collector value because of the blade. Not only is it in bad shape. The tip was also damaged. I would leave it where it is and look for a better one.
