Fairbairn & Sykes Smatchet Knife. Convinced it's genuine?

I have had this Smatchet Knife for years.

I recently became aware that, as with the F&S Fighting Knife, there was a market for non-genuine copies of this SOE model.

Would F&S learned members cast a professional eye over my knife, and wooden scabbard, and for my ease of mind declare it real?

I think that these are fairly hard to authenticate just from pictures.
They were made by a few different manufactures, not just Wilkinson so
variations do exist.

I don't see any obvious red flags but I am not an expert on these
and have never actually handled one.
