    Hi,

This FS knife was handed down to me from my grandfather, Major General TBL Churchill. I remember him giving it to me as a child, telling me about the Commandos and also giving me his military compass. I was about 10 years old I suppose, and thought it was pretty cool to have my own army knife, and I still love it.

Looking through the forum it looks like a standard 1st pattern to me? Maybe some pieces missing from the scabbard?

The sheath on FS knife usually had two leather tabs halfway down used for attaching to clothing etc.
