1914 dated luger question

The serial number on the magazine being so close, I think it's more likely an Armoury level mix up some time after manufacture, rather than a collector finding close numbered mag years later.

Thanks Anderson,that makes more sense,the 1 is close to a 7 looking number.Seller/collector says mag has been with it for 60 years at least.
