It would take an in hand inspection to convince me that it is NOT a reproduction, looks repro to to me. I would not purchase it without another opinion or two.

The strap buckle for the flap cover strap is correct for era produced P08 holsters. Reproducers seemingly cannot get the bends with these buckles correct. Also the Waffenamp stamping is not from a later reproduced stamp.

My Luger holster is 1937-dated, from a different (Dresden) maker. Checking mine against the above photos, all details, clarity of markings, stitching are identical and even the internal wear marks are similar. It looks 'right' and I think is genuine.

nice it has a well used loading tool as well. those are collectable in their own right with the Waffenamp seen too.
