Arbeitsbereich Osten der NSDAP - Cuff band / Armband

I am an Allg SS collector so way out of my depth with this.
I have over 150 cuff titles in my collection many very rare but never seen anything like this.

From the little bits of info that I can find - Hitler decreed the creation of the Nazi Party organization Arbeitsbereich Osten der NSDAP for the new eastern occupied territories on April 1, 1942.

What are your views on this, is it locally / Generalgouvernement made, have you seen one before, is it genuine?

I really would appreciate any thoughts....

I am fairly sure that the Arbeitsbereich Osten der NSDAP was a purely on paper decree as it was highly dismissed and disliked by Rosenberg and the Reichskommissariat Ukraine.
I have seen similar cuff titles all but missing the "Der NSDAP" on gunbroker all sold as fake/fantasy items

Thanks a lot KMMorris, the material, the lettering, and everything about this cuff band is very different from a typical RZM cuff title. We are all aware that many pieces of insignia were made within the Generalgouvernement ....I can not find another one of these anywhere I have been looking for several months...I really appreciate any help / thoughts...

So this picture is taken out of an old German book from the 50's - There was an embroidered version of this cuff band.
