Is this an authentic WW2 Danger porcelain sign?

Article about: Hello, I recently picked this item up from a military estate sale. Not too familiar with these at all, but I really liked the sign itself. Really dislike the fact the swastika was scratched/

At least this latest production has no "rzm" and "ss" stamps everywhere.

A crude attempt to age a fake into looking credible...but it failed.

The stamp on the back does not make any sense and appears to be placed there for pizzaz value. Although not conclusive, I have never seen anything like this in many years of collecting. Further, the design and construction are not like anything I have seen made in the period
During my works for my book, I have not seen any sign or plaque with such an eagle at the reverse. Seeing one I would immediately pass!.

    Porcelan?
To me it is enamel on metal.

You're right. It is an enameled sign. Many persons call it porcelan, which it isn't!
In my book (text in English) things are explained in a chapter: producing techniques.

Post-war warning sign for poisonous materials with a bogus "Nazi" stamp on the reverse to increase value. Forget it.

    Hello all,

Sorry for the late reply. I was very cautious at picking it up at first for that same reason. Fortunately, I didn't pay too much for it, but it still kills that I should have known it wasn't real, as that was my first instinct. Thanks again, I appreciate all your input and responses.
