Collar Tabs

Apologies if wrong forum, but I'm wondering about the legitimacy of these collar tabs I picked up. Can anyone give me more info??

Rank is Kreis level Obergemeinschaftsleiter, but I'm not sure about those tabs to be real. Could you take clear photos?

It's a "Obergemeinschaftsleiter in der Kreisleitung der NSDAP", as TJ stated before. I'm not sure about the authenticity as well. We need a closer look on the eagle and the pips. IMO the sewing of the piping looks kinda suspicious, even though the buckram looks good to me.
