    Deutsche Reichsbahn HVD Brussel sleeve eagles x 5. HVD = "Hauptverkehrsdirektion" (Central-traffic-directorate). Bevo machine woven. Five examples uncut still on the roll. Plus part of a DR Cap winged cap cockade missing half of the wing a/f.
