Vorbrück (La Broque) was the location of a concentration camp known as (Schirmeck) in Alsace France between July 1940 & Aug 1944. It was used by the Allies at the end of the war to house German prisoners.





As my Grand Father was a Medic in WW2 in POW camps I am making an assumption that he was at the above.
