The "Hitler Movement" (Hitlerbewegung)

This badge was worn by members of the "illegal" Austrian "Hitler Movement" (Hitlerbewegung). Between 1934-1938. The underground Nazi party was forbidden. Many individuals were imprisoned, or fled to Germany to escape imprisonment. It was only after the annexation of Austria to Germany in 1938, that the Austrian National Socialists were at liberty to publically display their political beliefs.
Members of the Austrian Nazi party wore this pin. Essentially, a duplicate of the standard NSDAP badge, differing only in the use of stylized old German script and the specific reference to the support of Hitler by Austria.

Looks like a nice and rare badge! Rudolf Schanes is a name "often" seen on these Austrian NSDAP badges.

Do you know anything about the "WIEN 13." stamped on the bottom of the badge?
What is it, whats it for?

I'm not entirely sure but i think it's a district (district 13) in Vienna/Wien Austria. It's called Gemeindebezirk Hietzing and that's where Schanes was located.
