Hitlerjugend Banner original or fake

I need some advice on the following banner, few things look right but the back of it is making me concerned. Plus i have never saw hook/hangers for banner like these before.

I have been offered it from a dealer i know.

Any advice would help

As Gwar mentions a closer look at the tassels would be good but the construction and look are what I would expect to see for one of these banners.
The two suspension rings at the top look like other originals
