Hi and welcome to the forum.
Well... I am not so big fan of those collar tabs. Color is not correct and those RZM tags looks odd. You can wait for another opinion, that color is not familiar to me.
If those post to be Reichsleitung collar tabs, then it should be more bright red color
About literature I can recommend you to check out this two threads in forums reference library:
Cloth Insignia of the Third Reich (Cuff Titles and all Cloth insignia)
Non-Combat Uniforms and related insignia of the Third Reich

Thank's for the book tips.
I've seen several colors on these tabs. Light brown, dark brown, bright red and these darker red. Curious what the specialized opinions are about these. Why are there so many different colors?

Those colors tells what political rank it is:
Light brown is the color of the Ortsgruppe level (pipping color light blue)
Rust brown is color of the Kreis level (pipping color black in 1934 to 1939, after 1939 it's start to be white)
Bright red is color of the Gau level (pipping color red)
Crimson is color of the Reich level (pipping color golden-yellow)
Actually. I want to make correct myself, I did find couple pictures from one book where is Gau level collar tabs with same dark red color than those what you post here.
But what still worry me, is those RZM tags. They look too new ones for those collar tabs, dark red color is fade away pretty well, but same time tags looks too good. Weird?
