NSDAP Gau badge: want information.

Hello,
I bought a NSDAP gau badge for €25 and it is now in my collection, with a "screwback SS plate". The RZM code on the plate is 215/4. After my research this seems rather unusual (normally with a pin instead of screwback) there is also a mark underneath (as far as I could read it says "Ge") just like there is no black "email" on it anymore. but I don't know if it's original, what it's worth, what the mark might mean,...
I would really appreciate it if you could provide as much information as you can!
