No issues with the armband.

Roundel, stitching and swastika material are all pre May 1945.

Looks to be a nice early multi-piece example

At first glance, the armband looks good. What I don't like is that the disc is sewn on with a zigzag seam. This is unusual for three-piece wool armbands that have a silk disc and swaz. In addition, the ribbing of the disc is aligned horizontally. All of the original armbands I own and have seen have the ribbing oriented vertically. These are just two thoughts from me.
