This is the wartime collar patch worn by NSKK units attached to military units; commonly worn by the NSKK's non-German volunteers.
It's the NSKK national emblem (an eagle-and-Swastika topped by an "NSKK" scroll); this patch existed both with the eagle in vertical and horizontal orientation.
Account will not find anywhere something about it. Is that rare? I have a whole bundle of photo.
