What do you think about this RLB Lufschutz officers breast eagle?

It is not a breast eagle. It should have been worn on the left sleeve (ärmeladler). I do not like it. The texture is wrong. Try looking in the book "Defending the Reich" by David Littlejohn. Or do a search with the words "Reichsluftschutzbund ärmeladler".
