I rely like the photo's of the ASKARI PRISONERS that are all so very happy. and all of the RAD. troupes guarding them are all carrying LEBELE rifles. rely cool pictures. please keep em coming!

Great photos a usual !! I really like this one, it shows the Westwall and Rad Service Ribbon ? with the metal device that was only worn for a short time in 1940..
In post # 36 you have shown Gruppe Frakenmarkt, Abt. 2/342 St. Georgian, I knew I had seen that lager before, the distinct diamonds on the outside walls was my clue, here are a few more pics starting with one of your pics, the church in the background is 'St. Mary of Help' at least now, and it still stands today..

Notice the Double decal helmet on the ground , probably a Luftwaffe one.
The abandoned Char Bis VAUBAN was designated n ° 461 and belonged to the 28th BCCr 2nd company and was a "tourist trap" for German taking photos it seems.
VAUBAN was put out of action on June 6, 1940 On the outskirts of the Bois de Champien on the Somme, having suffered engine failure, it was sabotaged and abandoned.
