It looks as one for the Werkschutz. Their collar pacthes
often did show the symbol or abbreviation for a concern.
I have seen numerous symbols and abbreviations.

Hm, if it didnt had any embroidment it would for sure have been misidentified as one of the Ostvolk troops.

Same pink color as the Georgian volunteers used.
