The possibilities are seemingly endless..
It could have been worn with an SA uniform, RAD, NSDAP/NS (Nationalsozialistiche Deutsche Arbeiterpartei), Veterans Organizations, Allgemeine-SS, OT (A Separate Organization Todt Cuff Title could be sewn above (prior to the one piece OT Armband..., I have a hunters organization uniform with one affixed and a RAD uniform with one affixed...

Here is one of my RAD uniforms and the Hunting Organization Uniform (This person was a WW1 wounded Vet and a decorated vet.) The lapel pin is NSLB (Nationalsozialistischer Lehrerbund), National Socialist Teachers League.
I think I also have a photo of my wife's great grandfather who was a WW1 Veteran and during WW2 he worked for the Reichsbahn (German State Railway).. I believe the photo shows him wearing a NSDAP armband with his civilian suit. He was being awarded a long service medallion..

That’s very interesting, thank you for sharing! I figured it was most probably a late-war construction used by either SA/NSKK/RAD. I was just curious to get other’s opinions on it since the only other armband I have is a Deluxe SS (without black stripes) 3-piece construction armband which was most probably used on a coat. This 2-piece however is smaller and thinner than my SS armband and I can probably assume that it was used on a Brownshirt maybe? However late-war, it’s harder to tell haha.
EDIT: corrected spelling

You got good answer from Smitty.
This armband what you have. It would be used at brown shirt. Wool armband would used for tunic.
