Interesting image.. Based on the ruins in the background and the images of the civilians, (I see a woman) I believe this may be post war and possibly a German Policeman??

Been looking at some post war German Police insignia as a first look, but I could be wrong in regards to the country of origin..

The only clue other than the image itself is the Agfa-Brovira (double underlined) paper stamp on the reverse, so the paper is 1945 or before manufacture. I suspect the photo was taken sometime shortly after the war. I got the photo as a single, so there were no "siblings" to help date it.
